As of 2001 I work I have my own company. With that, I regularly got confronted with issues any Director/Owner of a SME-business faces. That, together with years of managerial experience, made the step towards providing support for others a very logical one for me.

As an enthusiastic and passionate person, I strive to fulfil business and personal goals in harmony. Doing this, I navigate between different cultures in an international environment and I use a combination of an analytical, conceptual and a more personal and intuitive approach, lookint for a practical sollution you can use within your copmany straight away. With an open way of communicating and a good sense of humour I always strive to create a pleasant working environment and atmosphere
